The All-In-One Course
Ten weeks, two hours each week
Based on where you are starting from, you may be ready to take on strength training, nutritional issues, cardio and stretching -- the whole enchilada! This course includes all of the information contained in the other courses, but the timing is different. We cover nutritional strategies, planning your cardio and managing toward your goals earlier in the program. It takes longer to complete the strength training portion of the program, but after ten weeks you've completed all of the training.
If you are new to exercise, it can be overwhelming to take on dietary changes, strength training at least three times a week and cardiovascular and flexibility exercise several times each week. On the other hand, if have a little exercise experience, you might be ready to take a more aggressive approach to speed up results. In that case, this may be a good choice for you.
Written reference materials, handouts and worksheets are included in course fees. Participants receive 90 days of unlimited email consultation. Also includes a $35 discount off the cost of one private training session or consultation.
