Follow Up Practice

Upper Body Exercises: one week, one hour
Lower Body Exercises: one week, one hour


It’s a good idea to come back and check what you’ve learned after working out on your own for a few weeks. This is recommended for the 11th and 12th week after beginning the Fast Fx course, but you can attend any of the follow-up sessions on the schedule when you need it. To make sure bad habits don’t creep in and reinforce proper exercise form, attend a session where we work through the Upper Body or Lower Body exercises. We’ll do a complete workout together, and you’ll be coached on refining your workout. We’ll look at the weights you are currently using, and discuss ideas for progression. Upper Body and Lower Body follow-ups are performed on different days with a week in between each session. Of course, it’s completely optional. You can sign up for one or both sessions according to your needs.
