The Information We Collect
Personally Identifiable Information. If you place an order online, you may provide other payment information such as credit card numbers, billing address or other information pertinent to your purchase. In some instances you may communicate other types of information related to your health, exercise and lifestyle history.
Collection of Personal Information from Children under Thirteen: We do not offer services for nor do we knowingly collect information from persons under age 13. In the event that such information is collected in error, it is immediately deleted.

To provide the best service to you, your identifying and historical personal information may be shared with trainers or other independent contractors working with us.
Disclosure to Successors. We may disclose your Personal Information to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as a company that acquires us.
We only do business with companies we believe maintain an acceptable standard of security, information protection and privacy policies and individuals who have promised to comply with high standards for confidentiality. We use reasonable efforts to disclose only the necessary information to third parties and to prevent such third parties from disclosing your Personal Information, except for the purpose of providing services in question. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may change our policy from time to time. The current policy is always available on our website and we will notify you of changes via email if you request that we do so by contacting us at privacy@learntoworkout.com and maintain a current email address on file with us.
Finally, we never use or share the Personal Information you provide to us in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without your permission.
