This Privacy Policy is a part of the Site Terms of Use . When you access or use our web site services, you agree that we can collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Web Site.

Please keep in mind this policy only applies to information collected by us. If you link to a different website from our pages, such as when making a credit card payment or linking to a website reference,  you will be directed to a third party site. You should carefully review the privacy policy of any third-party web site you visit before disclosing your Personal Information to its provider.

Personally Identifiable Information. When visiting our website you may choose to supply us with information that identifies you personally, such as your email address, name, telephone number or other information.  If you place an order online, you may provide other payment information such as credit card numbers, billing address or other information pertinent to your purchase.  In some instances you may communicate other types of information related to your health, exercise and lifestyle history.

Collection of Personal Information from Children under Thirteen: We do not offer services for nor do we knowingly collect information from persons under age 13.  In the event that such information is collected in error, it is immediately deleted.

Analytic and Reporting Technologies. As most web site operators do, we use analytic and reporting technologies to record Non-Personal Information such as Internet domain and host names, Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser software and operating system types, clickstream patterns, and the dates and times that the Web Site and the it’s services are accessed.

Such transactions may include: administering our training service or other activities such as email, completing an order; shipping a product; replying to support requests; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. From time to time, we also use the information you provide about yourself to inform you of additions or improvements to the our services as well as conduct surveys in order to improve our services. You may opt out of such email communications by clicking on the link provided in the email or by visiting our site and opting out.

We use non-personal information to track your use of the Web Site and for other internal purposes, particularly providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving the Learn To Workout Web Site.

Additionally, we may use independent contractors to help us deliver our service, such as personal trainers to help provide our training service, respond to emails or other requests. Such trainers are carefully screened,  professionally certified and trained, and clearly understand their responsibility to confidentiality of your information.  To provide the best service to you, your identifying and historical personal information may be shared with trainers or other independent contractors working with us.   

Disclosure to Successors. We may disclose your Personal Information to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as a company that acquires us.

We only do business with companies we believe maintain an acceptable standard of security, information protection and privacy policies and individuals who have promised to comply with high standards for confidentiality.  We  use reasonable efforts to disclose only the necessary information to third parties and to prevent such third parties from disclosing your Personal Information, except for the purpose of providing services in question.  Despite our best efforts we cannot guarantee that third parties will not disclose your Personal Information.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may change our policy from time to time.  The current policy is always available on our website and we will notify you of changes via email if you request that we do so by contacting us at privacy@learntoworkout.com and maintain a current email address on file with us.

Finally, we never use or share the Personal Information you provide to us in ways or for reasons unrelated to the ones described above without your permission.
